Barn Reared White Turkey

A more cost effective alternative to the bronze free range turkeys – The Barn reared white turkeys offers a  traditional whole bird for Christmas without the price tag. These turkeys are as the name suggests ‘Barn Reared’ and are not free range, they are supplied by Larchwood farm.

Sizes can become limited, especially in the smaller birds, so ensure you place your order nice and early!

Please note, that whilst we will do our best to match the bird to the size ordered, we can only allocate birds that we have received. In some cases these may be bigger than the size ordered. Unfortunately this is out of our control. If you would prefer a more accurate size to that ordered, you may wish to try one of our boneless turkey joints instead this year.

COOKING GUIDE:
Cook in a roasting bag, tin foil, or put some water into the bottom of a roasting tin.
Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees
Cook in the oven for 30mins per 500g or until juices run clear.

All poultry should be removed from the bag or box its sold to you in, and stored at 4degrees or below.
