COOKING GUIDE:
Cook in a roasting, sat in foil that sits high up and nice ands tight to the joint, to ensure it cooks in its own juices.
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Cook for approx 30mins per 500g or until juices run clear.
If probing your joint, please note that turkey joints should prob above 80 degrees
