Chicken Cushion

Our own make Chicken Cushions make a fabulous change for you roast and because they are boneless, they are easy carve with zero waste.

Depending on your choice, the whole chicken cushion is just that, a completely whole chicken which has been bonedand stuffed. This joint will feed approx. 6 people.

The breast cushion is just the breast meat, a double breast stuffed and includes additional breast fillets inside also. This joint will feed approx. 4 people.

Both sizes are available with the following stuffing:

• Sage & Onion stuffing with pork sausage meat
• Pork & leek sausage meat
